Day 01:Srinagar

Our services start with your arrival at Srinagar airport. Meet & greet and transfer to Hotel/House Boat. Welcome drink on arrival. After noon visit the Mughal Gardens, Chashmi-e Shahi (The Royal Spring), Nishat (The Garden of pleasure) Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love). In the Evening Enjoy a Shikara Ride in famous Dal Lake .Dinner and Overnight in the Hotel/House Boat.

Day 02:-Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar

After breakfast full day excursion of Sonmarg which is one of the most beautiful drive from Srinagar. Sonmarg is at 98kms from Srinagar. We will take about 3 hours to reach Sonmarg. Sonmarg is the last stop of Kashmir District. From here starts the territory of Ladakh. Situated at an altitude of 2743 m above sea level, Sonmarg is absolutely true to its name, which means ‘Meadow of Gold’. The moment you enter Sonmarg, the first thing that you will notice will be the snow-covered mountain that forms the backdrop of the town. Covered with alpine trees from all sides, Sonmarg has few of the loveliest flower collection in Jammu and Kashmir. You may take a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year. Return to Srinagar House Boat by the evening for overnight stay.

Day 03:- Srinagar – Gulmarg

After breakfast we check out of the hotel in Srinagar and proceed to Gulmarg. On arrival check in to the hotel. Gulmarg is one of the most beautiful resorts in the valley. It is at 52 kms from Srinagar. Gulmarg has been a resort for the kings like Yousuf Shah Chak and Jahangir who used to visit frequently. Gulmarg boasts Asia’s highest and longest cable car project, the Gulmarg Gondola. The two-stage ropeway ferries about 600 people per hour to and from Kongdoori Mountain, a shoulder of nearby Afarwat Peak (4,200 m (13,780 ft). You can also try skiing on your own. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and also has highest golf course in the world with 18 holes. Dinner & overnight at hotel.

Day 01:- Gulmarg – Pahalgam

After breakfast we check out of the hotel in Gulmarg and proceed to Pahalgam. On arrival check in to the hotel Arguably Pahalgam is one of the most beautiful places on earth, the town of Pahalgam (Village of Shepherds) offers breathtaking views of Himalayas. On arrival we check in to the hotel. After reaching Pahalgam we have rest of the day free for individual activities. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 05:- Pahalgam Sightseeing

 After breakfast we have a full day at leisure at this beautiful town at the foothills of Himalayas. One can go on for walks or pony ride to one of the many beautiful spots around Pahalgam. One of the spot is the Mamaleshwara. It is only a km or so downstream from Pahalgam, and on the opposite side of the Lidder, is this small Shiva temple with its square, stone tank. It is thought to date from the reign of king Jayasima in the 12th century, even earlier. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 06:- Pahalgam – Srinagar Airport

After breakfast time free till departure. Transfer by car to Srinagar airport for departure to next destination.

Booking Terms

IMPORTANT   NOTES:

  • Customers must carry the photo identification in the form of Driving License, Election ID Card, Adhar Card, and Pan Card. At certain site seeing places/hotel, the identification proof is required for which company has no control and is mandatory.
  • Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. Standard Check in / checkout time of hotel is 12:00 noon(Early Check in / late Checkout is as per hotel policies & room availabilities in hotel)
  • Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible
  • Company reserves the right to change the Hotel accommodation due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property at the Hotel. Similarly any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by the Clients and the Company will not be liable for the same.
  • The timings mentioned in Day schedule section are approximate timings and can be negotiated.

Booking Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

  • There is no Contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with procedures of Payment Policy.
  • Advance amount is non-refundable, in case of No Show from customer & cancellation within 7 days.
  • If the Client is willing to cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.
  • However on exceptional cases company reserves the Right to refund the advance payment after deduction of service charge.
  • The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
  • Services of package will be provided on written bases only & complimentary services cannot be claimed in cash/money if not provided in any case.

Payment Policy

PAYMENT POLICY:

  • 50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
  • We also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost, if travel date is 15 days prior to advance payment date. But please keep in mind that rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 7 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of tour.
  • Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.

 

PROCESS OF MAKING ADVANCE PAYMENT:

  1. Advance payment can be done through our website   bharatbooking.com by using NEFT option/Credit/Debit Card without any additional charges.
  1. Leverage of additional 3.5 % will be charged if rest of the payment is done through same process as mentioned in point number 1.
  1. Cash Deposit option at Bharat Booking’s Delhi office i.e. 21 & 22 Parshvnath metro Mall. Near Kashmiri Gate, Metro Station Gate No 2, New Delhi.
  1. Cash deposit in any of our Banks.
  • Confirmation letter will be issued to the client after receiving the advance payment in company account & Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.
